A £50 booking fee is required to secure a date, which will be applied towards the balance due. Full payment is required on the day of the shoot before usage, without exception. The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
A security deposit of £150.00 (cash or card) is required for ALL bookings. The security deposit must be paid prior to the session, once you have signed the hire agreement. The deposit will be return after the session if no damage has occurred.
Please remember to include set up / take down time to avoid overtime charges.
Lateness of more than 30 minutes will be considered as no show and your booking will be automatically cancelled.
Maximum of 6 people (at the same time) will be allowed.
Please note that this is a residential area so no loud noises and loud music will be allowed.
